Sales Executive
We are seeking an outgoing individual who is able to identify and develop new sales channels, find sales leads and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue. The individual has to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential catering clients and attend to client’s feedback and needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales
- Gain a thorough understanding of our menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client’s needs
- Familiar with all ordering policies
- Handle event enquiries through phone and emails
- To develop and foster positive rapport with the public, guests, clients to create an overall memorable experience for all
- Produce quotations and confirmations to all clients in a timely manner
- Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and taken up with the relevant departments
- Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to encourage future business
Requirements
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required
- Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Prior Sales experience, or relevant experience in the F&B industry, is a bonus
Dish Washer
We are seeking an individual to sort and rinse used dishes and keep them in proper storage places, as well as to do ad-hoc duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash the dishes, cutleries and kitchen equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of dish-washing area and kitchen
- Oversee the maintenance needs of machines in the cleaning area
- Dispose waste products as directed
